Girls varsity lacrosse wins VCAC title 3rd year in a row!

The Saint John Paul the Great Varsity Girls lacrosse Team won the Virginia Christian Athletic Conference Championship on May 9th for the third straight year! They went undefeated in regular season conference play and ended the season with a Championship win of 18-10 over Trinity Christian School. Several players received all conference accolades. Senior Meghan Norko was named VCAC Co-player of the year! Meghan has signed to play lacrosse at Wagner University next year. Players named to VCAC first team all conference include: Senior Catalina O’Connor who will be playing at Benedictine College, junior Julia Foster who has verbally committed to UNC Charlotte, and sophomore Deirdre Sanchez. Second team all conference include: seniors Libby Mignati and Maya Spell! The team is Coached by Makayla Maham and Kameryn Darrington. Congratulations to the coaches and players!
