They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 60-37 walloping at the hands of Flint Hill. Saint John Paul the Great Catholic has struggled against Flint Hill recently, as their match on Saturday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Saint John Paul the Great Catholic's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Nina Velandria, who scored 12 points. Velandria is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Angelica Morales was another key contributor, scoring 9 points along with 6 rebounds.
