The start of winter sports season is right around the corner! Are you ready to participate?

These 2 items are required for ALL STUDENT ATHLETES in order to play a sport at St. John Paul the Great:

1. A fully completed VHSL sports physical  (signed by parent, student-athlete, and physician) uploaded to the Athletic Trainer System (ATS). For more information on how to do this, click HERE

2. Complete the Injury & Concussion Acknowledgement Form and electronically sign on Athletic Trainer System (ATS).

These 2 additional items are ONLY for FRESHMAN, NEW TRANSFERS, and JUNIORS:

3. Go to PaySimple to pay the $30 fee for an ImPact Concussion Baseline Test.

4. Take the Computerized ImPact Concussion Baseline Test at school before strenuous exercise. Athletes only need to take this once every 2 years. The next testing session is:

Thursday, November 7th at 3pm

Wednesday, November 13th at 3pm

No need to register, athletes just pay the $30 fee on PaySimple and show up to room 211 at the school. Please make sure the fee is paid first before sitting for the baseline test.

Step by step instructions outlined above are found on the JP Athletics Website under the "Participating in JP Sports" tab. NOTE: If you played a fall sport, you do NOT need to turn in the required items again until next school year.

Please email Ms. Francis or Ms. Lewis, the Athletic Trainers, with any questions:
