VHSL Physical Form
vhsl-ppe-form_2021-final-1.pdfStudent-Athletes must turn this COMPLETED form in to the Athletic Trainer at least 2 weeks prior to trying out for or practicing with any team. Physicals MUST be completed after May 1 (and will expire the following year on June 30) to be current for the academic-athletic year of intended play. For questions, contact Ms. Francis, the Athletic Trainer.

National Federation of High Schools (NFHS)

This is the national body that governs all high school sports. It has some good links and information about high school sports throughout the US. This body also establishes rules for each high school sport. Clicking on their NFHSLearn.com link at the top of the page also gives athletes, coaches, and parents opportunities to take online courses about various athletic related topics.

VISAA is Virginia's athletic governing body for independent schools. JP the Great is a member of their organization. Their webpage contains information about state athletic events throughout the year. It also includes the state polls for each sport.
