JP Athletics is offering ImPact Concussion Baseline for Testing for FRESHMAN, NEW TRANSFERS, and JUNIORS. This is a requirement to participate in JP sports. In the unfortunate event an athlete sustains a concussion, as part of their return-to-play process, the Athletic Trainers (medical staff for athletics) will re-test the athlete and compare their scores to this baseline test. Athletes only need to take this once every 2 years. 

NOTE: No need to register.

Here is how athletes can fulfill this requirement:

1. Go to PaySimple to pay the $30 fee for an ImPact Concussion Baseline Test. Please make sure the fee is paid FIRST before sitting for the baseline test. Bring the receipt with you to the testing session. 

2. Take the Computerized ImPact Concussion Baseline Test at school (Room 211) with one of the Athletic Trainers before strenuous exercise.
